As Halloween came around I thought I would make some more of the cast aluminum skulls. I had some already cast and made this video to show what the process is after the casting, showing the finish work, buffing the skulls and finally making a oak stand for each piece and mounting the skulls.Since this video shows cutting and buffing I just wanted to make an extra safety statement: Wear proper safety gear: sturdy gloves, eye protection goggles, and be sure you can have a ultra firm grip on the work piece or have a vice device to hold the piece while you work on it.
